Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University’s Spring 2010 Lift Magazine features Oscar S. Garcia (EMBA 02) in the Alumni in Action section as well as the newly formed Alumni Advisory Council (AAC). “ It is an honor to be featured in this magazine and I am proud to say that the alumni network has provided my firm with the required intellectual resources to deliver our consulting and advisory work to aerospace clients worldwide. Since I graduated in 2002, the ERAU alumni network has provided my firm with outstanding professional talent and rewarding friendships as well.” Oscar Garcia stated “ Moreover, the network keeps growing and the levels of trust and confidence in the ERAU’s alumni network keep increasing with time” .
Lift also report on Oscar Garcia joining the Council of distinguished alumni led by Alumni relations Director Michelle Berg and reporting to Ken Dufour, Board of Trustees and providing feedback directly to ERAU’s President Dr. Johnson. IFG’s Chairman and CEO, Oscar Garcia says “ This Council is rewarding as our it works hard to align and add to the vision of over 95,000 ERAU’s alumni worldwide. I am impressed with the caliber and dedication level of all Council members and look forward to our next meeting to discuss more initiatives and ways to make the schools mission and vision relevant and engaging for alumni worldwide”.
