The second landmark corporate aviation panel discussion will be held on March 25th, 2010, at the same location than the previous event. Oscar Garcia’s assistance was cordially requested by Megha Bhatia, the new President of the NBAA Official Student Group of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University to share his knowledge and expertise about the industry on these challenging times.
Last October (see photo of immediate past NBAA-ERAU Alumni Group President Andrew Nicholson), the pioneering NBAA Official Student Group of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University organized the first corporate aviation panel discussion. The Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University’s Daytona Beach campus hosted the perfect combination of today’s leaders of the Aviation and Aerospace industry and the event was a success. Oscar Garcia, chairman of InterFlight Global Corporation, was one of the distinguished panelists, together with other industry experts from NBAA, Jet Aviation, and PepsiCo.
Once again, Oscar Garcia will show his passion and support for the best aviation and aerospace university in the world by assisting as a member of this corporate aviation panel. “I will be honored to participate in this very important event for Embry-riddle as a leading institution in the aerospace sector, as well as to support NBAA in its outreach to the future leaders of the private aviation sector” Oscar S. Garcia says “the private air transportation world is going through a reinvention process after the stabilization of the very light jet sector, the advent of new generation of ATC and the airlines cross pollination with private jets, for example Delta, Qatar and Lufthansa. This meeting will shed light on all subjects and will inspire the future generation professionals coming out of ERAU in the years to come”.
