Oscar S. Garcia, was selected to participate on an advanced air traffic control technology project at NASA's Langley Research Center. The study involved future Air Traffic Control and Management ( ATC&M) technologies. The research study, individual and team feedback is part of a module of the Next Generation ATC&M system in the USA and in due course, globally. " I am very impressed with Lockheed Martin Corp's Capabilities as well as NASA's Air Traffic Operations Laboratory (ATOL) facilities. This project clearly indicates the automation capabilities that will take place in commercial air traffic operations within the next decade." Oscar S. Garcia stated, " I do look forward to future research and consultations regarding this and other similar projects".
